Field-Level Security

For an example :

When I enabled the Salesforce org feature and created a new Field called Source of account on the Account object, While providing field-level security, the following screen will display all the permission set details in the org. So using this we can add the field-level permissions on the permission set

Things to Take note of:

  • The list contains the permissions set with Create, Read, Edit, and Delete access to the field’s object. If no permission sets have access to the field’s object, the list includes all permission sets.
  •  The View Field Accessibility page does not currently support permission sets.
