Release Notes V1.11:
- Create Quick action button with Lightning component "PublishArticleButton" on the Knowledge object, and add to page layout.
- The button helps to publish the article and that will collect confirmation from user to send Email to subscribers.
3. Internal users also can subscribe and bookmark knowledge articles.
