Verify Your Return Email Address for Sender Verification

Objective

• In response to heightened email security standards, it’s now mandatory to verify the Return Email Address in your My Email Settings. Starting with the Spring ’25 release, unverified email addresses will be unable to send emails.
  
• To ensure uninterrupted functionality, follow the simple verification process outlined below.

Why Is Email Address Verification Important?

This initiative enhances email security and ensures only verified addresses are used for communication. By verifying your return email address, you help protect against potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with updated standards.

Procedure to verify the email address

• Instruct all users to visit their My Email Settings with the below link
  
  • [Your Domain URL]/lightning/settings/personal/EmailSettings/home.
    
• Users can manually verify their email addresses by selecting Resend Verification Email and clicking the link in the email. 
  
• If the resend option is unavailable, the return address is already verified. Users receive a verification email once per release until Spring ’25. 
  
• The email includes the verification link.
