About the Role

We are looking for highly analytical, problem-solving oriented individuals to join us as Salesforce Consultants. Prior Salesforce experience is not required — we are looking for strong thinkers with structured problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand client business processes and translate them into system requirements

· Work on Salesforce implementation and customization projects

· Analyze data, workflows, and business challenges to recommend optimal solutions

· Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, and business stakeholders)

· Prepare documentation, process maps, and client presentations

· Participate in client discussions and solution walkthroughs

Who We’re Looking For

· MBA (preferred) with an Engineering background

· Strong analytical and logical thinking ability

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions

· Interest in consulting, enterprise technology, and digital transformation

· Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
